Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of BullBearMetrics (“BBM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a macro trading intelligence and analytics platform operated by BullBearMetrics Limited. By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing BBM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Nature of Service

BullBearMetrics strictly provides:

• Market data analysis
• Macro trading insights
• Analytical tools and dashboards

BullBearMetrics does not:

• Provide investment advice
• Execute trades on behalf of users
• Manage funds or portfolios
• Act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary

All outputs—including bias scores, dashboards, and analysis—are informational and educational. Nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Interpreting data presented on the platform
• Making their own trading or investment decisions
• Verifying information before acting on it

BullBearMetrics is not liable for financial outcomes arising from decisions made using the platform.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to BBM is subscription-based:

• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual plans are available
• Payments are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle
• Non-payment or failed payment may result in suspension or restriction of access
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Flutterwave); we do not store full card details

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, indicators, models, dashboards, scoring methodologies, and underlying software remain the exclusive property of BullBearMetrics. No license is granted to users beyond the right to access and use the platform for its intended personal purpose during an active subscription.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or share access to the platform
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute data, dashboards, or outputs
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying methodology or system

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

7. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange, commodities, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all users. Past performance of any indicator, model, or bias score is not indicative of future results. You should not commit funds you cannot afford to lose, and you should seek independent financial advice where appropriate before making trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BullBearMetrics shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
• Financial damages of any kind
• Misuse of data or outputs provided through the platform
• Interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in data feeds beyond our reasonable control

The platform and its outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BullBearMetrics, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your trading or investment decisions.

10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited use, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
